The PRA60 model is the flagship model of our company for the caramelization of seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, dried fruit, pistachios, etc.). Suitable for medium/high quantity production for l aboratories supplying large-scale distribution and shops in general. The indicative hourly production is about 22-25kg/h, the speed can be adjusted of rotation of the copper pot from a minimum of 18rpm to obtain a more qualitative product with a slow cooking and low heat, up to 32rpm increasing rotation speed for a production accelerated. The working inclination is adjustable between +20°/25° and the product unloading is motorized through the appropriate controls on the electrical panel. The PRA60 has 2 powerful heaters that can be used with LPG or METHANE gas, the gift of power calorifer can be managed manually by the appropriate valve and it is also possible to switch off 1 of the 2 burners. Available only in painted iron, the weight of the PRA60 is approximately 145Kg
