The PRA50 model is the light and cheaper version of the model PRA60 for the caramelization of seeds (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, dried fruit, pistachios, etc.). The simple design and devoid of complex electronics allows an easy use in open environments (fairs, events, etc.) or for laboratories supplying large-scale distribution and shops in general. The indicative hourly production is about 16-20kg/h.The rotation speed of the copper tank is 30rpm. The working inclination is +25° and the product unloading is provided with the comfortable handle bar, supported by apposite springs. The PRA50 has 1 powerfull heater that can be used with LPG or METHANE gas, the heat power can be manage manually by the GAS valve. Available only in painted iron, the weight of the PRA50 is approximately 125Kg.
